Support sales on a dedicated basis, through deal origination, sales negotiations and closure, and/or driving and managing programs to improve sales performance, efficiencies and outcomes. As a dedicated member of the Sales Management & Operations team, the roles and responsibilities of the Sales Planning and Communications Lead include:
Plan quarterly Sales All Hands meetings (3 virtual, 1 live event per year) for 100+ Sales individuals, to include working with the AFS Sales Lead to develop the agenda, and with presenters to develop meeting presentations
Plan bi-annual Federal Sales Forum (2 virtual meetings per year), to include working with the AFS Sales Lead to develop the agenda, and with presenters to develop meeting presentations
Plan annual Sales-sponsored holiday event for Glebe office
Develop bi-monthly Sales postcard
Maintain inventory of AFS Sales-branded merchandise for new joiners and event giveaways
Facilitate onboarding of new Sales employees
Support SM&O weekly team meetings, to include meeting presentation preparation and contribution
Manage Sales Sharepoint sites, to include access and content
- U.S.Citizenship required
- 4 years experience with meeting planning and developing ppt presentations in a corporate environment
- Experience interacting with senior leadership
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- PowerPoint - expert
- Excel - advanced (pivot tables, vlookup)
- SharePoint - intermediate
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work remotely and/or with minimal supervision
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
