Job Description
As an agent on the Developer Operations Policy team you will be responsible for handling app and developer related core work flows (appeals, compliance regulation, proactive vetting) supporting non-sensitive work (e.g. sorting user data reports and identifying those that require a deeper review). You will provide supplemental support to colleagues with their requests and handle operational support for new products and services. Experience working in a similar operational or a technical support capacity is desired but not essential. Understanding of apps and app development is desirable but not essential. 

Shifts Available
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with the option to work weekends

Location
This is not a virtual/remote role; the work is based at the client premises in the area of Austin, TX depending on team supported. This role requires a distinct level of professionalism. Relocation assistance is not provided. 

Duties and Responsibilities
Ability to handle multiple workflows and meet weekly and monthly deadlines.
Ability to engage with policy and operational issues. 
Ability to make quick decisions
Ability to take enforcement action based on information provided about developers and their apps.
Ability to review large user reports and identify areas that should be reviewed further.
Experience in the online privacy space & online operations (not essential). 
Manage and regularly review case queues & follow-up on open tickets
Review issue details and analyze, determine and resolve issues with a high level of accuracy 
Have a passion for social media platforms and service



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 6 months of experience in a professional or military setting 
Minimum 6 months of experience with software for office productivity, including Microsoft            Outlook 
Minimum 6 months of experience working in multiple tools and web browsers at one time

Preferred Skills / Experience
Experienced at using search engines to find information on the internet 
User of social media products
Familiar with use of social media products
Excellent work pacing (time management) skills, able to work independently
Attention to detail is essential to ensure the quality of work execution
Able to work in multiple tools/web browser windows at one time
Motivated, takes initiative, high energy
Familiar with MS office (mainly excel) for updating progress
Experience working in a Compliance or Policy environment (not essential)
Excellent Interpersonal & Written Skills
Fluent English speaker
Self-starter, can easily adapt to change (new functionality, changing policies)
Good problem-solving abilities
