Business and Integration Architecture Manager – Atlanta, GA

Job Description:
Accenture LLP seeks Business and Integration Architecture Managers in Atlanta, GA to define, analyze, solve, and document business requirements and processes for project specifications/objectives. S/he will perform the following duties: develop integrated enterprise view using repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques; gather and analyze information to define and review project specifications and requirements; identify functional changes for new/existing features to meet business requirements; write functional specifications, use cases, and requirements that describe the necessary system changes or new system features; work on strategy and functionality, and demonstrate the functional solutions to business, IT client, and the development team; guide teams to develop CRM solutions leveraging Salesforce Case Management; provide functional support to the development team using the functional specifications and requirements to develop technical solutions; identify and assess complex problems and create solutions; design CRM reporting tools to monitor Help Desk and Support activities; create technical architecture for Salesforce CRM; determine procedures on new assignments and make decisions in consultation with senior management; and adhere to strategic direction set by senior management. This position requires domestic travel approximately 80% of an average work week. Telecommuting is permitted.


Basic Qualifications:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or Engineering (any), plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in IT including the following professional experience: 5 years’ experience performing Salesforce Case Management; 2 years’ experience developing CRM customizations¬ using Salesforce Case Management; 2 years’ experience creating CRM reporting tools to monitor Help Desk and Support activities; 2 years’ experience creating technical architecture for Salesforce CRM; and 2 years’ experience performing Salesforce project delivery and implementation.
