Corporate Functions – Marketing & Communications

As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. You’ll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.


YOUR ROLE: Communications Associate Manager


This is an exciting opportunity to join Office of the CEO Communications Team. In this role, you will work directly with CEO comms team, our colleagues in Corporate and People Communications and other stakeholders. You will be a key member of the team, supporting the development and distribution of high-quality and high-value CEO communications—aligned to our strategy and business priorities and reinforcing Accenture’s brand positioning in the marketplace.



  • Support CEO communications programs across a variety of channels
  • Supporting Julie Sweet broadcasts (managing logistics with leadership speakers, proofing scripts/slides, running slides during broadcasts)
  • Supporting Julie’s correspondence with employees/clients
  • Supporting Julie’s videos (internal/external – proofing video scripts and converting to prompter scripts; managing transcripts)
  • Supporting Julie’s emails to leadership / all employees (proofing and distribution)
  • Tracking metrics on all Julie comms
  • Managing our growing bank of Julie quotes for reuse / requests
  • Tracking Julie deliverables on our CEO Comms Teams for reuse / requests
  • Managing requests for Julie content from internal/external teams – quotes, photos, video clips, bio, etc.


YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications

  • University degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years working in executive/corporate communications, marketing, public relations or related field

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience within Marketing + Communications at Accenture, preferably internal/people communications or comparable roles
Professional Skills
  • The ideal candidate will have:
    • Strong writing and communications skills
    • Confidence, presence and personal credibility to establish successful relationships with stakeholders at all levels
    • An understanding of Accenture businesses, brand and style
    • The ability to work under pressure with global colleagues
    • Proven track record of working autonomously and independently
    • A passion and excitement for communications
    • Accenture Mailer skills (preferred)
    • Agile working style with team
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
