Security Program Manager provide overall leadership, management, direction, and guidance for all team members on a large security-related program. The PM is ultimately responsible for the quality and efficiency of the contract, to include both technical issues and business processes. The PM will make recommendations and advise on organization-wide security improvements, optimization or maintenance efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience managing IT Programs, be a great analytical thinker and communicator with outstanding facilitation and conflict resolution skills, and should possess proven skills in leading security teams through an entire project lifecycle.
- 4 years of managing a SOC Environment
- 7 years of Project Management experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience or Master’s Degree and 7 years of experience
- CISSP Certification and/or PMP and/or SANS-GIAC and/or CEH
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in a security or business discipline
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
