Job Description

SAP WorkForce Software professionals design, implement and deploy SAP WFS human resources solutions for personnel administration, compensation, career development, performance management, payroll, recruiting and workforce deployment. design and configures HR processes. A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities Adapts existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Uses own judgment to determines optimal solution to recommend. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or teams leads. Generally, interacts with peers and or management levels at a client and or within Accenture. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams. Manages medium small sized teams and or work efforts if in an individual contributor role at a client or within Accenture.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years with a leading Time Attendance product such as WorkForce Software or Kronos
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application
  • Minimum 3 years familiarity with business applications, such as Excel or DBMS systems
  • Ability to travel on a weekly basis 100
  • C Certification in WorkForce Software Functional PT101 or Technical PT102
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with 3GL 4GL languages such as JavaScript
