Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Salesforce System Development Manager to lead the delivery, growth and management of a large account or multiple clients within our Solutions Delivery Division. The System Development Manager’s primary responsibilities include managing client accounts, identifying and acting on growth strategies, and developing and implementing internal strategies to promote team collaboration, innovation, and communication. Portfolio Managers are a vital role to translating corporate strategy into actionable plans, as well as building and maintaining Accenture Federal Services’ culture and brand.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of management consulting experience with background in the areas of IT Engineering, IT Governance, Strategic Planning, and/or Program Management including Solutions Delivery as it relates to PaaS (specifically, Salesforce.com)
  • 2+ years enter client environment and provide recommendations after assessing the requirements and the current state
  • 4+ years’ experience working within the Salesforce platform on an Administrative or Development level
  • 5+ Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and force.com platform functionality required. Preferred experience with Communities, Data.com, Work.com, and other Salesforce products
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • US Citizenship required (dual citizenship not eligible for consideration)  
 Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within Federal agencies to provide advisory services
  • Provide superior group/team facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing the expectations of high profile clients and building a reputation of trust
  • Possess strong oral and written communication, presentation skills, project management, and mentoring skills
  • Preference for an advanced degree, Masters in Business Administration, or related technical degree a plus (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
