The PMO/CDP (Client Data Protection) Lead is responsible for assisting in the management of the daily operations of the Program Management Office in support of the execution of delivery sub-components include Contract Management, Resource Management, Program Strategy, Integrated Master Schedule, Configuration Management, Financial Management and Program Risk, Status, and Issue management. Assists with governance monitoring and reporting progress through interacting with individuals throughout the organization. Work with delivery/product teams to ensure Business Operations requirements are understood to enable effective support of the delivery/products. Assists the Operations lead in Business Operations related risks and mitigation. Manage program-wide financial and performance metrics. As CDP Lead, the candidate is responsible for increasing the level of awareness and compliance with policy and process related matters. Own senior level responsibility for data protection and mandatory program adoption Define and Monitor Tools, processes, and controls for data protection. Provides subject matter advisor support for CDP implementation. Oversee ongoing personnel and device audits.
CDP Responsibilities include:
-Coordinate various certification programs and apply lessons learned from matters requiring interventions.
-Develop, maintain, and enforce security policies in collaboration with AFS
-Maintain security groups and configuration for the project SharePoint site
-Assist development of operational security and program security plans.
-Application and Windows administrator work to provision accounts and grant permissions.
-Assists in the tracking of project assets.
-Providing in person as well as online training based around client data protection.
- Bachelor's Degree or an additional four years in lieu of Degree
- 7+ years of Project Management Office (PMO) experience
- Demonstrated experience in the following areas:
o Project Resource Management
o Financial management
o Integrated Master Scheduling
o Program Risk Status
o Issue Management
o Configuration Management
o Contract Management
- 3 years of client data protection experience
- US citizenship required
- PMP certification
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
