The Oracle Cloud HCM Configuration Specialist will work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement Cloud solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll Cloud Service products. The resource must have hands on functional experience with Oracle Payroll and across the major Oracle Cloud HCM processes integrating with payroll.
This will include, but is not limited to: Knowledge transfer, skilled at supervision of junior staff, workshop facilitation, deliverable generation, application configuration, comprehensive testing to ensure successful go-live, business process best practice advice, deployment planning, deployment execution, and post go-live support.
Here’s what you need:
- 3 years of technical experience in either Oracle or PeopleSoft ERP applications
- Experience with configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
This role requires US citizenship
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
