We are looking for a Sales Reporting & Analytics Manager to organize our analytics function and implement tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights. Your goal will be to help the AFS Sales organization use data to drive high performance and quality and achieve our targets.


The Sales Reporting & Analytics Manager will work closely with the AFS Sales Management & Operations Lead and AFS Sales Lead to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. They will ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures. They will use advanced data modeling, predictive modeling and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes. The right person for the job will apply their exhaustive knowledge of data analysis to solving real-world problems faced by our company and finding opportunities for improvement across multiple projects, teams and business units.


Responsibilities include:

  • Building, developing and maintaining data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions

  • Applying statistics and data modeling to gain actionable business insights and boost sales and revenue

  • Examining, interpreting, and reporting results of analytical initiatives to senior leadership

  • Enforcing company policies and procedures to ensure quality and compliance and preventing discrepancies

  • Keeping abreast of industry best practices and policies



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • U.S.Citizenship required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years experience in sales operations or business operations
  • Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems
  • Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions
  • Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing sales and revenue and other key business outcomes
  • Proficiency in Excel (expert/macro knowledge a plus) and Powerpoint
  • Experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Experience with MS Power BI
  • Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Great attention to detail, with strong problem solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities
  • Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently/remotely with minimal supervision
  • Ability to communicate effectively and foster relationships with staff across departments and at all levels of the company
  • Excellent collaboration and presentation skills
  • Motivated to continuously achieve positive results
  •  

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
