You are:

A seasoned Digital HR practitioner with a history of being recognized as a key advisor in this space and getting things done. You’ve led teams, big and small, and know how to drive the digital HR agenda with clients. Your analytical skills are second to none, and you’re comfortable solving complex problems for clients. And you’re just as comfortable dealing with senior leadership on the client side or at Accenture.

 

The work:

Define the future state HR technology stack to support a client’s business strategy and HR vision

Develop strategic digital HR roadmap and business case for our clients

Support our clients in the HR technologies selection process

Bring thought leadership on digital HR innovation and trends

Lead large global deployments of digital HR solutions, in particular Workday HCM

Be ready to build those air miles with frequent travel to client sites



Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

  • Minimum of 4 years of successful experience advising on the deployment or use of digital HR solutions (HCM platforms and / or best-of-breed solutions)
  • Minimum of 6 years of hands on experience with HCM platforms integration and/or implementation with strong knowledge of industry/workforce trends and drivers for Products clients (Retail, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Travel, or Industrial)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience doing project management -- that includes managing people
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience helping boost sales in HR Technology and/or HR Transformation
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience developing future state HR Technology portfolio architectures, roadmaps and business cases
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working on large-scale and/or global HR transformation projects
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
 

Bonus points if:

  • You’ve helped expand an internal HR Technology practice and developed talent pools
  • You’ve got any Workday HCM certifications, and possibly Workday PM
