Corporate Functions – Marketing & Communications 

 

As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. You’ll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.

 

YOUR ROLEGlobal Talent Demand and Strategy Lead


Lead candidate marketing efforts for strategic, high-priority hiring areas and global initiatives, e.g, technology skills,  diversity. Assess recruiting and candidate marketing's effectiveness in reaching global demand. Accountabilities include:

  • Facilitate collaboration and champion seamless integration across the entire Brand team
  • Lead development of core/foundational assets for geos to leverage for high priority hiring areas, e.g. IES. Work with EVP Message Lead, Talent brand Content lead to ensure alignment on areas of focus
  • Monitor global demand and performance
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships
  • Guide geos in emerging specializations that we need to get ahead of

Brand Management, Talent Brand, Candidate Marketing. Key message development, Getting to it, Innovation mindset. The Global Talent Demand and Strategy team is at the core of candidate marketing. Its focus is to:

  • Help meet our business demand of hiring more than 100,000 people per year around the world spanning across levels, skills, diversity and geographies.
  • Track global demand and performance against that demand
  • Anticipate emerging specializations that we need to get ahead of
The successful leader of the team will have the skills to:
  • Navigate our triple matrix business and recruiting organization
  • Confidently counsel and influence senior stakeholders; establish oneself as partner to the business and an M&C expert
  • Write brilliant briefs, uncovering and distilling true insights
  • Work across all business areas and geographies
  • Be strategic and proactive – always keeping the candidate at the forefront
  • Manage and prioritize hiring demand and accompanying marketing initiatives
  • Work with regional (North America, Europe, Growth markets) Talent Brand leads to ensure consistent candidate experience and leverage best practices
  • Be a coach, motivator, and communicator with the team to help them reach their potential 



Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications

  • Education: Undergraduate Degree
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of integrated marketing experience in a leadership role

  • Recruitment marketing and acquisition marketing 

Professional Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
