A proactive thinker who uses Oracle to help your clients do work digitally. You are eager to tackle complex problems and have the track record to prove it. Your people skills are on point, so working with clients and getting the best out of teams comes as naturally to you as designing prototypes. And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.
Knowledge and experience in planning, constructing and executing Agile user stories. Ability to cope with growing complexity and creativity in design by thinking outside the box to determine the best way a user story can be performed. Experience in applying both business and functional knowledge, to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies, too include automated regression testing principles. Advise the customer on innovative testing products and solutions. Define and administer standard testing architecture methodologies, processes and tools across the engagement. Create test estimates and define/build reusable testing assets for large/complex projects. It is a client facing role which requires building a trusting relationship and leading them to adoption of the best solution. Strong background in Oracle EBS Payroll design and execution is desired.
Here’s what you need:
- 1 year of experience with OLTP and OLAP data models and concepts
- 2 years of experience with Oracle or PeopleSoft EBS HR and/or Payroll modules
- 1 year of experience with ETL tools (ODI preferred) and reporting tools (OBIEE preferred).
- US Citizenship required (dual citizenship not eligible for consideration)
Bonus points if:
- Knowledge of Oracle BI Apps
