Job Description:
Strategy professionals help clients develop corporate strategies, make strategic decisions, structure effective business and operating models, and transform their businesses all in an effort to grow their business while maintaining or reducing costs.

Business Strategy professionals help General Managers of Business Units with issues such as assessing business performance, instilling business simplification strategies, reinventing a broken business, and entering new markets for growth.

• A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
• Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
• Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.
• Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
• Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
• Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility.
• Manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
• Typically, Managers work at client sites, which often requires travel, up to 80%.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in several of the following areas: product definition, technology strategy development, financial modeling and analysis, use of process improvement methodologies or technology assessments and diagnostics.
  • Ownership of market & customer research, analysis & synthesis, data analytics, and preparation of project deliverables
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in consulting to at least one of the following industries: Cable, Wireless, or Media
  • Minimum of 3 years of advisory/consulting experience
  • Minimum of 1 year strategy consulting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Product management and/or engineering background in IP video and QAM video delivery for linear and on-demand content (E2E content supply chain)
  • Understanding of video OTT offerings (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+ and similar) from a product and/or engineering and operations perspective
  • Understanding of E2E content supply chain players (e.g. Imagine, Avid, Elemental and similar)
  • Experience working within agile product development environments
  • Outstanding analytical skills; strong focus on return on investment
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, organized, ambitious with attention to detail
