Key Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for preparing the technology environment for any training sessions based on the requirements of the session and the delivery guide.
  • Setup and troubleshoot the technology infrastructure for the session, such as installation and configuration of software on training PCs. This includes both physical and virtual platforms, configuration of a wired or wireless network, and cloud desktop setup.
  • If required, will coordinate with CIO Local Technical Support Teams, as needed.
  • Manage school platforms, network connectivity, and requested equipment, such as printers, projectors, and AV equipment.
  • Be available to ensure functionality of all equipment prior to the start of a session.
  • Setup and onsite support of collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business for virtual training events , ACLC Accenture Connected Learning Classrooms , Roundtable, Oculus Go and AV production includes coordination with AV vendors , and internal and external connectivity as needed.
  • Advises the Venue Sourcing Team on technical matters in terms of the options available including the pros cons, advantages disadvantages, process, timeline for approvals setup, challenges faced in the past, etc. to cater to the requirements of the session plan
  • Escalates technical issues outside of their scope for CIO or other teams and tracks progress to resolution.
  • Performs technology checks before the start of the session, where applicable, or involves the concerned tech teams CIO, Local Technology Support, etc. as required.
  • Identifies and recommends technology solutions that will improve the cost effectiveness of our learning solutions. Collaborate with teams and or CIO to ensure solution recommendations are aligned with the Accenture technology strategy. Demonstrate and explain virtual tools to our customers and how they can be used to benefit our business. Creation of digital content to create virtual reality tours.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 
  • Minimum 12 months of customer service experience in a corporate environment
  
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Excellent understanding of technical training delivery including standard CIO workstations, applications, and tools used in the training environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent deductive reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Capability to voice assert issues and risks within the organization
  • Ability to thrive in and complete tasks in a dynamic, and at times, time constrained environment
  • Self-motivated ability to learn quickly with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility in work hours to accommodate global teams. This may include, at times, certain Sunday shifts and weekday evening shifts.
