Job Description:
 
The Campus Recruiting Location Lead will oversee a collection of entry-level recruiting locations, business entities, and profiles. The Lead will manage a team of campus recruiters, providing day-to-day direction on recruiting skills (assessment, selling, client management, relationship building, processes and tools). The Lead will develop and implement recruiting strategies designed to deliver quality recruits while managing multiple complex metrics and SLAs. Will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence while overseeing demand and pipeline management for their location(s). Lead will be responsible for planning and executing Celebration events, overseeing the execution of the summer analyst program in their location(s), and providing assistance with any additional recruiting-focused events in their office.  The Lead will facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders and recruiters as necessary.  Will serve as the contact for local business leadership for issue resolution and serve as the first-level escalation point for recruiters to resolve recruiting issues.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in campus recruiting or 5 years of internal Accenture/consulting experience (client and market)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Undergraduate Campus recruiting experience
  • Technology Recruiting
  • Supervisory Experience
Professional Skill Requirements
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Ability to provide direct, possibly difficult, performance feedback to team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Must display professionalism and confidence
  • Ability to successfully navigate sensitive conversations with Senior Executives
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Experience in developing strong company recruitment brand/reputation
