Next Gen Change Management Consultant will be responsible for helping lead change management, communications and user adoption activities to support client's successful transformation and adoption of their new HR IT system, Salesforce. This consultant will create and analyze metrics to measure user adoption; develop and distribute organization-wide communications; and support with follow-up training and dynamic learning activities after the system goes live. This support will stretch across both the internal organization and their external customer.

This individual will work to develop a change and communications strategy and approach, key messages, branding the transformation, employee satisfaction survey, marketing materials, exec briefing decks, etc. Individual must have exceptional design, messaging, leadership engagement and visual PPT skills. Adobe Creative Cloud and video creation/editing skills (Camtasia, Audacity) recommended.

Experience with design thinking and human-centered design processes is highly recommended, specifically in discover phase of collecting feedback from end users on pain points and challenges. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM technology is ideal but not required.

Qualifications

Basic Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in areas of change management and communications
  • 1 year of experience with Salesforce or other CRM technology
  • Experience with APowerpoint and Adobe Creative Cloud or Video editing software
  • 1 year of experience with Design Thinking process (human centered design)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Training development and delivery experience 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Public speaking skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Design skills (Powerpoint, Adobe creative cloud, video creation, etc.)

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
