People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.

 

The Orientation Coordinator will be responsible for working on either the New Hire Orientation or Intern Orientation work stream. Reports to Orientation lead. Works with multiple stakeholders to deliver Orientation sessions weekly to new hire or intern resources.
 
Responsibilities:  
  • Individuals responsible for continually meeting or exceeding the scope volume responsiveness accuracy expectations metrics associated with the completion of their activities
  • Mondays and Tuesdays spent engaged in the Orientation sessions coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring logistics are executed according to plan, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth experience and logistics for Orientation participants
  • Wednesday to Friday is executing preparation activities, engaging with multiple stakeholder to be ready for the upcoming event on Monday
  • Plan and manage operations and delivery of services, ensuring operational compliance to policies, budgets and guidelines and review performance against business objectives
  • Maintain relations with client and internal leadership and stakeholders
  • Implement programs and processes to deliver an exceptional first impression during orientation session and continually support clients Learning Operations strategy (include sharing best practices across locations)
  • Independently complete a wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities such as workspace set up, A V support, catering, document services, floor operations support, space utilization management or other location services
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure service standards are being met
  • Process space reservation requests assign and confirm space, catering and equipment and ensure optimal workspace occupancy
  • Maintain and or provide support for workspace meeting rooms including catering and audio visual equipment
  • May provide audio visual support troubleshooting

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Minimum of 1 year of Project management or event planning
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service

Professional Skills Requirements:

  • Detail oriented
  • Process oriented
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Willing to work beyond working hours for events
