Job Summary
Provide support to Operations for opportunities and contracts as assigned. Support activities include assessment activities related to the new and existing processes, identification of risks and recommendations, draft Operational Readiness Decks, ensuring key contract deliverables are ready for Senior Leadership and Client review, conduct in depth quality assurance reviews and other duties as assigned by Operations. 

Key Responsibilities:
Support and drive continuous improvement efforts using operational excellence methods and through formal corrective actions. 
Support Quality Engineers in applying root cause analyses methodologies to properly diagnose process failures
Present and Initiate innovations that will improve process capabilities and efficiencies.
Identify, develop, and monitor critical metrics throughout the operation.
Apply graphical methods when summarizing critical metrics.
Establish a schedule to present the data to all stakeholders.
Facilitate Quarterly Quality Reviews with operations to review performance metrics, CAPA Status and RAID Logs
Routinely monitor performance across the organization and intervene when performance indicators do not meet established targets and thresholds.
Assist operational leads in defining and reporting metrics within their areas
Summarize and provide operational area metrics to account leadership
Perform as a "Recovery Resource" on incidents during the Recovery Planning and Recovery as required
Available to be leveraged as a resource (if available capacity) for Project/Program Management mobilization on complex projects
Represent Accenture in the Client Executive Quality Council Meetings
Serve as the single point of contract for the Account KPI Handbook and Data Collection Plan
Identify and track additional rework costs driven by the client to be included in a change order for the contract

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of six years of experience in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation
Minimum of six years of experience in metric and predictive analytics (process stability, forecasting, quality, etc.)
Minimum of four years of experience in Lean Sig Sigma Methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Bachelor's Degree
