People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. The Service Management Specialist is an agent of change, concentrating on the continuous improvement of end to end Finance processes and systems. They will focus on process improvements and system enhancements that enable operating effectiveness and facilitate the meeting of customer and client goals, as well as supporting overall associate satisfaction. While this specific Specialist is a member of the Service to Cash tower, they may be asked to support other areas as required to meet business needs.

 

The Specialist will proactively evaluate business processes through process observation and data analysis in order to identify improvement opportunities. They will be expected to identify, propose and endorse improvement ideas and solutions in all process areas. Establish and preserve good working relationships with internal and external clients, customers and business partners to understand the business, ensure timely exchange of information and maintain client customer satisfaction. Provide ongoing advice and guidance concerning business processes.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in Functional and Technical testing/test planning/validation/reporting
  • 1+ years of experience in Data validation/quality/integration
  • Experience in Service-To-Cash environment
  • Experience in requirements gathering/analysis, presentation delivery, liaising between various project stakeholders
