Manage large - medium sized teams at a client or within Accenture
- Minimum of 2+ years of application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis
- Minimum of 1+ prior consulting experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday HCM or other HCM systems integration/implementation in the following areas: Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Talent and Performance Management delivery experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- PMP Certification
- Previous experience with a large professional service organization
- Strong interest in collaborative work with clients
- Previous experience in software selection, vendor management
