Workforce Management Manager

As part of our Mobility practice within Accenture Digital, you’ll help clients deepen connections with consumers, employees, businesses and machines.  Of the major digital technologies, mobility has risen to the top in terms of importance to organizations.  Most surveyed now consider mobility among their top five priorities.   
 
Workforce Management Manager
 
Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective digital solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions via the range of leading digital methodologies and/or solutions that drive business value. Drive discussions and provide consultation around digital transformation, the customer digital journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements
 
4+ years Field Service / Workforce Management Solution Blueprint& Roadmap Definition experience * Field Service Solution Architecture - 3 years’ experience as a Field Service solution architect including the functional & process design of field service solutions * Field Service Technologies - 4+ years’ experience using standard workforce management solutions (e.g. ClickSoftware, Oracle Service Cloud Field Service [TOA], ServiceMax, Salesforce.com Field Service Lightning) * Field Service Functional Experience – 4+ years of Enterprise mobility, process analysis and improvement, field force productivity and transformation, requirements development * 3+ years of Project Management experience * 4+ years Industry Experience – Working with companies that have a field service organization including: Utilities (electricity, gas and water), Fixed line and mobile telecoms, logistics and transportation, retail field service, and high tech companies**•,Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment •,Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment •,Desire to work in an information systems environment •,Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
