This role is responsible for the planning and execution of the project work activities in accordance with client requirements and schedule. The Scrum Master/Product Owner will act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology. As the Product Owner drives the vision for the software product that is to be built and maintained.  Serves as functional or user needs expert for software product. Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the team's progress is working with the business stakeholders, project teams and other personnel as well as coordinates efforts of team members and contractors to deliver on implementation deadlines.
 

Additionally, this individual will work closely with development teams to determine level of effort and ensure product deliverables meet time-sensitive requirements, as well as monitor and report project progress and status to business stakeholders. The role will also involve assisting in the presentation of system demos and reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.

Qualifications

Basic Skills and Qualifications: 
  • Minimum 3+ years of  Scrum Master/Product Owner experience is required
  • Scrum Master Certification is required
  • Experience working under a SAFe environment is required
  • Minimum 3+ years experience working in an Agile environment
  • Experience with daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective, backlog grooming and creating user stories, dashboards, and tracking and managing work in progress
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in building business process models, writing acceptance criteria, and designing user interfaces for a production system
  • Demonstrated experience in acting as a change agent to promote Agile practices and processes
  • Demonstrated experience to successfully lead and facilitate release planning, sprint review and project management
  • Excellent problem solving skills and leadership ability 
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years experience with Enterprise Content Management
  • Minimum 3+years experience with ETL
  • At least one of the following is highly preferred: PMI Agile Certified Professional, Certified Product Owner, Certified Scrum Professional, IC Agile Certified Professional
