Strategic Initiatives Lead, Campaign Operations
 

The Strategic Initiatives Manager is a key member of the Campaign Operations team within the Marketing & Communications Delivery Excellence group.  You will ensure that the Campaign Management team is operating at world class levels and consistently innovating and improving in order to remain best-in-industry. 

 
 

In support of this mission you will identify, develop, maintain and refine the processes and tools to ensure the Campaign Management team operates with data-driven insights with the tools and platforms to efficiently deliver marketing campaigns to our various audience segments.  You will develop and effective onboarding program and rigorous training curriculum for our team members. 

 

You will be the lead in ensuring our workflow and project management tools continue to evolve to meet both current and future needs.  You will help develop processes and best practices for our project management analysts to ensure they are effectively cross-trained and operating efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities

 
  • Partner with the Strategic Initiatives Senior Manager/Process Owner to ensure a consistent vision, strategy and approach to identify and implement processes
  • Capture and ensure adoption of best practices and key learnings across campaign planning, execution and measurement
  • Develop tools, portals and processes to manage marketing campaigns, capture and share campaign performance, analysis and best practices
  • Collaborate with Campaign Management Directors and Team Leads for effective workflows/process definition
  • Govern and maintain end-to-end campaign management workflows/process documents
  • Develop and deliver onboarding plan, training plan and content for campaign management roles – govern and maintain content in portal

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 5 years of cross-channel digital marketing experience, a passion for data and analytics and a continuous improvement mindset
  • 3 plus years of  B2B experience with CRM, ABM and BI tools 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability and comfort in working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple workflows across teams while consistently meeting deadlines and motivating others to do the same.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Agile project management, planning and coordination across multiple competing priorities.
  • 5+ years B2B experience in marketing planning/execution. 
  • Demonstrated digital marketing experience at expert level across multiple channels
Demonstrated ability to communicate your ideas and plans in ways that build credibility, inspire and align people
