Corporate Functions – Marketing & Communications 

 

As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. You’ll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.

 

YOUR ROLEBD & Sales Marketing


Responsible for executing analysis and providing recommendations on how to accelerate the revenue growth of Accenture’s clients and leads, you will work hand-in-hand with our Account Based Marketers to help them target, develop, execute and measure their marketing programs.  You will be responsible identifying opportunities to improve marketing & sales tactics through recommendations in audience segmentation, specific channels for promotion and better processes for data governance and tracking.  You will synthesize insights for stakeholders and be the lead on measurement strategy and reporting tools on behalf of your Business Development & Sales Marketing colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-impact client insights to inform account-based marketing strategy and approaches
  • Leverage quantitative analysis to analyze and optimize the client journey and experience
  • Connect digital, cross-channel analytics with CRM to deliver closed loop reporting including client opportunities and revenue impact.
  • Mine CRM data including current and historical account opportunities to develop analytics tools and insights that will inform marketing strategy and resource alignment
  • Partner closely with Business Development & Sales Marketing stakeholders to connect client insights strategy with business opportunities and sales execution.  
  • Inform and educate teams on M&C measurement strategy, KPIs and reporting tools as well as developing ways to evolve tools to meet their needs (where relevant)

Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications


Education: 
Bachelor’s degree; Master's degree a plus

Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years marketing/analytics experience


SET YOURSELF APART: Preferred Skills

  • Deep understanding of account-based marketing and its strategies including relationship management, marketing automation and campaign driven marketing approaches
  • Ability to effectively communicate and create strong working relationships with Sales and Account Based Marketing team members
  • Deep understanding of social and digital marketing tools, account branding techniques, account marketing KPIs, and marketing strategy. Specific experience with Adobe, Salesforce, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Experience with driving high impact quantitative analysis leveraging Excel, data visualization or other tools.  Ability to query/mine large data sets, basic knowledge of SQL a plus
  • Experience in collaborating with BI and Data Management teams on processes and architectures that support analytics needs
  • Demonstrable skills in consulting and partnering with marketing stakeholders to uncover business questions and aligning analytics initiatives that deliver insights to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to identify and summarize roadblocks, propose potential solutions, and drive towards resolution
  • Previous experience in B2B marketing and professional services a plus
  • Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
