As a Human Capital Senior Analyst, you will support the change management and training effort for an Agile SAFe, Pega Platform Digital Transformation project by conducting as-is/to-be business process analyses, organizational design, stakeholder engagement activities, and developing/delivering training. 

Specific activities include: 
  • Support work with client to analyze as-is and to-be processes
  • Identify communication needs and impacted stakeholders
  • Identify organizational transition impacts and design key artifacts and communications (as needed)
  • Develop online and classroom training materials:
    • including performance support tools
    • process demonstrations
    • day in the life"" content using “to-be” business process documentation
  • Leverage NextGen Change and Communications tools (Adobe CC, Camtasia, etc.) to develop and deliver communications and training
  • Support Change Network activities to assist with buy-in and communication of upcoming changes
  • Create communication for leadership and other stakeholders
  • Resource may meet with clients, stakeholders and SMEs to understand and extract requirements to develop communications and training material
  • The resource may attend Agile ceremonies.  
  • Must be able to develop and present a cohesive demo to demonstrate completed work to the client
  • Resource should have a team player attitude, willingness to help, and provide support for the project where needed

Qualifications

Basic Skills & Qualifications:
  • US Citizenship required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year of Next Gen Skills (i.e. Adobe Captivate, Adobe CC, Camtasia), write and developer user guides for the client
  • Minimum 6 months of client facing experience
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • A knowledge of Agile, the Pega platform, and Jira/Atlassian is preferred but not required
  • Excellent organizational skills, presentation skills, listening skills (able to extract requirements)
  • Communication skills via e-mail, in person and Skype
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
