  • Autonomous work - independent
  • You will work with client leadership and other stakeholders to define, deploy, and execute initiatives related to identity management. 
In this role, you can expect to:
  • Coordinate with key client stakeholders in talent, recruitment, and personnel.
  • Research and document business strategy and processes.
  • Benchmark against best practices in the public and private sectors.
  • Communicate strategy to client leadership team and workforce.
  • Map processes and make recommendations to improve service delivery, reduce complexity, incorporate ownership, minimize duplication, and foster collaboration.
  • Design business processes that optimize utilization of people and technology.
  • Champion change management initiatives in support of business strategy.
Activities may include:
  • Daily interaction with client
  • Prepare and deliver Sr. level briefings
  • Generate current state and future state process documents
  • Assemble decision/recommendation briefs and
  • Liaise with other client teams to coordinate use of data
  • Generate meeting minutes
  • Create status reports
  • Write weekly highlights
  • Generate and update PowerPoint presentations
  • Location: 80% McLean and/or 20% Chantilly VA

Qualifications

Basic Skills & Qualifications: 
  • Minimum of eight (8) years recent experience leading business strategy development, process improvement, and service delivery
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 7 years total relevant experience
  • Proficient or advanced MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Lean Sigma/Six Sigma, Human Centered Design, ISO 9001, or similar methodologies is required.
  • Experience consulting on applying technology solutions to customer business process
  • Experience liaising across Government Agencies

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
