Join us to be part of a multi-disciplinary management and technology consulting team! Become a power user for a ServiceNow application to track client data. This is a client-facing role where you will conduct guided interviews with customers to identify qualifying data sets and work with the customers to help input their data into the application. You will also liaise with partner programs and work with other members of the team to document and track customer data and process issues as they arise. Use your proven ability to work independently and as a team member, excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, and good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
· Daily interaction with client
· Prepare and deliver Sr. level briefings
· Generate current state and future state process documents
· Assemble decision/recommendation briefs
· Liaise with other client teams to coordinate use of data
· Generate meeting minutes
· Create status reports
· Write weekly highlights
Generate and update PowerPoint presentations
· A minimum of 1 year of experience in one or more: business architecture design implementation, change management efforts, business support, analysis or business process redesign.
· Bachelor’s Degree or 7 total years related experience.
· Proficient or advanced MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT.
· US Citizenship required; dual citizens not eligible.
Bonus points if you have:
· ServiceNow Administrator/Developer training and/or certification
· Lean Six Sigma training and/or certification
· Experience consulting on applying technology solutions to customer business process
· Familiarity with relational databases (how tables in an application reference each-other)
