You are:

A strategic, results-oriented thinker with a passion for talent and marketing to a variety of audiences with a key focus on Gen Z and millennials. You’ve managed marketing programs to deliver outcomes by determining the optimal marketing channels to design and execute proactive strategies, plans and campaigns. You’ve had experience with integrated marketing campaigns and you are comfortable with using data and insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies.  You’re also a trusted advisor and partner seamlessly working with different functions across the business to deliver results aligned to business priorities.

The Work:

  • Build digital marketing and advertising strategies to generate a targeted pipeline for key talent segments, inclusive of strategy, execution, reporting and optimization
  • Serve as a key partner and work cross-functionally with brand and advertising, social media, internal communications, analytics, HR, recruiting and inclusion and diversity teams
  • Define and bring to life our talent brand messaging and creative in innovative and inspiring ways Identify new and differentiated ways of engaging and selling candidates across the end to end experience
  • Consistently search for new opportunities to elevate our brand through competitive analyses, research and industry best practices
  • Create digital, social, video, events and traditional media initiatives to ensure marketing strategies are engaging and relevant with a focus on impact and value
  • Develop external messaging and partnerships that will enable and advance the company’s employer brand strategies and help tell the story of what it’s like to start and build a career at Accenture
  • Determine the right messaging and distribution channels (email, social, events, etc.) for targeted talent segment
  • Ensure change management and rollout of programming through detailed project management and communications

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 6 years work experience in employer brand, recruitment marketing or related corporate or functional marketing role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Success and experience engaging, building trust and communicating effectively with partners Able to work at both a strategic and tactical level  
  • Experience working at a Management Consulting or other professional services firm
