Corporate Functions – Marketing & Communications

As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. You’ll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.

 

YOUR ROLEWeb Analytics


Responsible for executing web analytics to generate actionable digital marketing insights for Marketing and Communications.  The Web Analytics manager will manage digital audience segmentation, analytics and testing strategy and execution. In addition, he/she will enable digital analytics reporting aligned with KPIs to support Marketing and Communications content and campaign strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead web analytics initiatives including web measurement, tagging, A/B Testing, digital audience segmentation and personalization
  • Deliver web analytics insights and provide actionable recommendations based on reporting insights, benchmarks, discovered patterns and all necessary context
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (i.e. Internal Marketing and Technology teams) to execute marketing tests, personalized experiences, analytic dashboards and automated reports.
  • Leverage DMP to combine first and third party data to develop a single view of the customer and deliver personalized, cross-channel experiences
  • Assist in planning and execution of A/B and Multivariate tests.  This includes identifying appropriate KPIS and establishing test set up and data collection standards within the test environment
  • Participate in hypothesis generation and analysis to validate opportunities/recommend actions to improve website and cross-channel experiences
  • Build timely, compelling, fact-based test recaps that communicate the business ‘story’ behind the data and lead test outcomes.
  • Stay current with issues and trends in online marketing, with an emphasis on web analytics, DMPs, Testing and Personalization

Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus  
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 8 years of digital or web analytics experience, including 5+ years of experience implementing or using web analytics products including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager

SET YOURSELF APART: Preferred Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience, large enterprise experience preferred

  • Strong experience in Web Analytics, Tag Management, Tag Auditing, A/B Testing, Digital retargeting, and Personalization tools such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target, Adobe DTM or Launch, Adobe Audience Manager and Observepoint
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target including deep understanding of how to create calculated metrics, reports, audience segments and implement, test and debug tags
  • Experience in leveraging and combining first party and third party data for cross channel retargeting and personalization
  • Understanding of Data Management Platforms (DMPs), ideally Adobe Audience Manager
  • Proficiency in developing custom reports, building and managing advanced segments, configuring digital analytics platforms, and providing clear and concise interpretation and presentation of findings
  • High productivity with Microsoft Excel: Ability to utilize formulas, filters, and pivot tables to expedite the completion of tasks
