People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.

Business Process Advisory professionals apply deep industry, domain and/or analytics skills to develop business insight, share recommendations with clients, and enable the implementation that helps clients realize business outcomes-such as revenue enhancement, operating cost reduction, working capital improvement and customer acquisitions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Help provide SME expertise to deliver Operations Transformation projects for telecom clients
  • Develop methodologies & assets to support transformation projects in the process areas of Telecom industry
  • Partner effectively with Sales & Client relationship teams to source and selling new opportunities
  • Develop real world solutions to resolve client business needs
  • Develop and articulate proof of concept for clients including strategy, scope, staffing, engagement setup and execution
  • Work with deal teams to provide subject matter expertise and telecom industry / offering insights for important client proposals and RFPs
  • Engage with Senior level stakeholders effectively

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of  7 years of experience working in an outsourcing, consulting, sales or senior delivery capability in the telecom operations space
  • Minimum of  3 years of experience managing large transformational engagements for global clients


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the telecom Industry – strategy, trends, challenges
  • Knowledge of the telecom operations & technology
  • Knowledge of regulatory environment and the business impact of proposed and adopted regulatory changes
  • Stakeholder management & relationship building
  • Client engagement & management
  • Proficiency in one or more of transformation methodologies - BPR, Lean etc.
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Business Acumen & Skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build trust relationships
  • Engineering Degree, MBA or equivalent business degree 
  • Advanced Excel 
  • VBA and PowerPoint skills
  • Telecom Industry Certifications
