The Performance Test Senior Analyst is responsible for the following:

  • Define Performance Test Strategy for system under test

  • Create Performance Test Plan.

  • Be able to explain Performance Test concepts to project leadership

  • Train junior team members on Performance Test Methodology and Tools

  • Identify bottlenecks in system under test

  • Act as a liaison between the development and testing teams

  • Ensure that Performance Testing is adhering to the test methodology

  • Draft reviews for team members

  • Create\improve testing methodology as needed

  • Report metrics and make release recommendations to leadership

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience performance testing custom or ERP systems using industry accepted tools such as:  LoadRunner, Rational Performance Tester, JMeter or others

  • 1 year of work experience in a position responsible for creating performance testing approach, planning and/or strategy

  • US Citizenship required (dual citizenship not eligible for consideration)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycle activities

  • Test Automation experience
  • Programming experience
  • Ability to analyze and solve increasingly complex problems

 

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
