As a Business Agility Transformation Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering Agile Training services onsite in NYC for a global financial services client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to organizations throughout their Lean-Agile transformation, including the use of scaling frameworks when applicable and value stream identification and optimization
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to educate individuals on Agile values, principles, and practices
  • Mentor and pair with change agents and stakeholders within client organizations on becoming Lean-Agile champions and developing lasting Agile capabilities
  • Coach and mentor more junior team members on the Accenture|SolutionsIQ team on influencing organizational change and removing transformational impediments
  • Support sales-based activities through participation in proposal creation/presentation and onsite visits to perspective clients
  • Proactively collaborate with Accenture|SolutionsIQ staff working on your engagement to ensure alignment in the approach for achieving customer satisfaction
  • Support the internal Accenture|SolutionsIQ Product Development team on refining products and services offered to clients
  • Provide feedback and ideas concerning opportunities for organizational improvement
  • May be responsible for P&L of an engagement

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years working as an Agile Trainer and Coach
  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated knowledge of various Agile Frameworks
  • Minimum of 2 years of deep practical experience in Agile setup in corporate environment in delivery management (senior project/program manager or similar)

Preferred Qualifications:

 
Here are a few more qualifications we look for in great candidates for this role:
 
  • Experience working in financial services a plus but not required
  • Experience working as an external Agile coach/consultant at the program/portfolio level
  • Experience navigating a consulting engagement, managing customer expectations, and ensuring your work is aligned with the goals and objectives outlined in a statement of work
  • Experience in solution selling and shaping consulting engagements early in the sales cycle
  • Verifiable experience teaching all courses and workshops that are part of the Scaled Agile toolkit
  • Excellent skills in pragmatic problem-solving, resolving interpersonal conflicts, and overall helping people communicate effectively
  • A proactive and empowering nature that makes others want to follow your lead
  • A tacit understanding of when to step in and lead and when to step back and let the team determine the best course of action
  • Experience with other popular Agile practices and frameworks (e.g. Lean, Kanban, Extreme Programming)
  • Technical acumen and understanding of Agile technical practices and how they operate within an Agile organization (CI, CD, XP, TDD, etc.)
