The Solution Delivery Consultant will be responsible for the following:

• Actively participate in requirements gathering meetings with client personnel from the Commands assigned to their team
• Accurately document all requirements gathered and update the Requirements Traceability Matrix as needed
• Draft functional design specifications and incorporate client input/feedback
• Perform Peer Reviews of team member deliverables as needed
• Document test conditions, scripts, and scenarios, and execute and document results
• Identify and escalate risks to the Team Lead
• Report detailed status to the Team Lead on a weekly basis

Additional responsibilities may include: 

• Participate in change management activities, to include training and communication development and delivery.
• Support deployment readiness activities, including managing workplans, facilitating BSO Drumbeats, and tracking

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Systems (degree flexiblity: Economics, Business, Public Policy or related field)
  • 5 years of full-time (excluding internships) experience within the past 10 years of progressive experience providing financial systems or business systems services to Federal Government agencies or Fortune 500 companies.  
  • Experience with System Integration, Interface Implementation, IT Audit, IT System Control or FISCAM and RMF Implementation. 
  • Demonstrated ability to apply ADM processes and tools on SI projects
  • US Citizenship Required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of SABRS application
  • CISA

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
