Financial Management and Analytics Analyst 

Support business Development and Bid/Proposal budget management for account with 300M bookings and revenue trends. Ensuring all resources have access proper codes and that the financial budgets are closely managed.

Resource will communicate budging trends/concerns and updates to account leadership. Support PO creation and on going management for BDAs, B&P POs, and other pre-award activities. Support management of the Great Place to Work budget for the account. Resource will be aware and monitor all pipeline opportunity activities and provide analytical analysis of trends. Conduct SMART updates for the account. Conduct monthly portfolio financial review analysis against account scenario planning. Review program level financial results and support margin improvement activities across all 18+ programs. Support pricing activities for small pricing activities. Support ad hoc financial analysis activities across the DHS programs to help determine efficiencies and proposal support activities. Support surge resource management activities.

Qualifications

Basic Skills & Qualifications: 
  • 3+ years of Excel experience, to include macros
  • 1+ year of experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and/or Tableau 
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, finance, economics, or related area
  • Experience presenting and communicating with a dynamic team
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Good communication skills, ability to work independently, consistent organization skills
  • Knowledge of an object-oriented language, such as Java, C++ or C#, or Python

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
