Job Description:

The Solution Architect will deliver and integrate enterprise-level software deployed within the context of larger technical solutions. S/he will leverage strong communication and relationship building skills to identify requirements, craft solutions, and secure client approval. The Solution Architect is also responsible for engaging with customers and the Dynamic Signal account team during the pre-sales phase to determine how to structure the Dynamic Signal solution and implementation for ongoing success.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive technology sales activities and achieve sales quota booking and revenue attainment for the vertical assigned.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales Vertical Leaders ensuring alignment and execution of strategic goals.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with senior management and executive levels.
  • Motivate the organization to provide consistent, high quality technical support and to develop sales/service opportunities.
  • Participate in executive briefings and customer presentations.
  • Conduct periodic operations reviews with the management team to maintain a focus and cadence on excellence.
  • Demonstrate and encourage on-going performance coaching and execute on Development Plans or Performance Improvement Plans when necessary and in accordance with HR guidelines.
  • Meet and/or exceed objectives while identifying opportunities to reduce costs and increase productivity.
  • Manage budget to 100% versus plan.
  • Provide timely market information, drivers and customer feedback to our partner organizations for product and technology positioning and enhancements.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
 
•   Minimum 7 years of experience working within Infrastructure Outsourcing, either in Solution Architecting, Solution Planning Deal Shaping or Unit Delivery Lead
•   Minimum 7 years of experience in sales strategy, business development and or proposal development
•   Minimum 4 years of experience with governance and vendor management across external suppliers and service providers, related to incident resolution, notifications escalations, continuous improvement and ongoing communications
 
Professional Skill Requirements:
 
•   Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
•   Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
•   Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
•   Strong coaching and project management skills
•   Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
•   Bachelor’s degree or higher in the discipline of Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience
