People in the Corporate Function career track contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.

  • Building strong professional relationships with candidates and coworkers, and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Having passion for people and delighting candidates through each step of the experiential interview process.

  • Supporting, attending and networking at user groups, conferences and other professional community events in search of top talent.
  • Learning about and working in Agile work environments and applying the methodologies to the talent engagement process.

  • Getting involved in a professional community network.
  • Communicating effectively with a variety of internal and external audiences, including candidates, multifunctional teams and professional networks.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Full Life Cycle recruitment

Professional Skills:

  • High level of professionalism with a good executive presence—demonstrated poise, calm under fire
  • Proactive business partner—demonstrated customer service mentality, assuming ownership over solutions while maintaining flexibility and adaptability
  • High level of energy and love of work and business—genuine interest in business and willingness and desire to learn our business
  • Self-starter—demonstrated ability to work independently and assume greater responsibilities over time
  • Critical thinker and problem solving skills—independently overcomes roadblocks
