Corporate Functions – Marketing & Communications

As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. You’ll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.

 

YOUR ROLE: FS Technology Advisory and Talent & Organization Marketing Manager


Accenture is looking for a FS Technology Advisory and Talent & Organization Marketing Manager 

    

The successful candidate will design and implement targeted marketing programs for our Technology Advisory and Talent & Organization practices that encompass all elements of integrated marketing and communications to support the growth of our practices. He/she will also work with various business and marketing teams to effectively track and optimize implemented programs to build the most effective engagement with our clients in all phases of the marketing journey.

   

  • Effectively use Accenture marketing best practices to engage clients and targets
  • Design and implement targeted insight-driven, content-led marketing campaigns, working with business and marketing leadership.
  • Provide advice and guidance to marketers and business leads on the creation of targeted programs based on differentiated content, raising the quality and consistency of our programs
  • Design and deliver marketing programs and technical solutions, maximizing the use and effectiveness of Accenture’s platforms, tools and preferred agencies
  • Assess and monitor performance against marketing objectives, metrics and budgets
  • Ensure that all global marketing and social media policies and procedures are followed

Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications

  • Education: 4-year degree or equivalent
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 8+ years marketing / marketing communications experience, preferably in professional services, technology services, financial services or related field

SET YOURSELF APART: Preferred Skills

  • Deep knowledge of content driven, integrated marketing programs in an industry context (either banking, insurance or capital markets)
  • Understanding of client and industry insights
  • Campaign strategy and design
  • Basic understanding of new technologies
