Global Asset Protection: Global Security Training Program Manager
The Global Security Training Program Manager develops and implements globally-aligned training plans to ensure the safety and security of Accenture’s diverse, dispersed, multi-cultural and multi-lingual employee population. The Training Program Manager will operate as a member of Accenture’s Global Asset Protection (GAP) team (corporate security organization) and will continually assess existing security protocols, processes, and their associated training programs to ensure timely, effective, and tailored communications are delivered in a method matching Accenture’s reputation for cutting-edge technological solutions. This role must use their analytical, organizational, and creative skills to support the execution of global projects that improve and strengthen GAP’s capabilities. This role will also utilize their project management experience to coordinate and support cross-functional programs and projects related to security operations, security-related training programs, and crisis management.
 
Responsibilities
  • Considered a subject matter expert for corporate security training program management
  • Lead virtual, global, diverse teams; plan and lead training programs through various training phases, such as training need analysis, training strategy, curriculum design, training development, training delivery, post training support, and value measurement
  • Improve, align, and maintain onboarding and corporate security training programs for Accenture new joiners and contractors globally; identifying opportunities within area of responsibilities
  • Establish near term goals and provide input to longer term goals within area of responsibility; contribute to long-term planning
  • Actively collaborate with Accenture leadership to develop opportunities to deliver value to new or existing Global Asset Protection training programs
  • Create content and change strategies that will be utilized in a training curriculum for new protocols, protocol updates, new technology, and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Regularly review and renew training material and strategy for a global population
  • Communicate critical feedback and best practices from all regions to management
  • Develop relationships and material with partners internal and external to Global Asset Protection
  • Establish trusted relationships with key decision-makers across the Accenture organization; include subject matter experts in the Accenture Learning, Marketing Design and Technology organizations
  • Develop and manage project budgets; deliverable timelines; resource planning as needed
  • Deep understanding and ability to influence the creation of quality metrics
  • Perform global, regional, and site training audits as required

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years working in physical security roles
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and/or conducting training
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Subject Matter Expert across a full scope of physical security operations and responsibilities
  • Advanced degree in Homeland Security, Education, Business Administration or similarly applicable field
  • Clear and compelling communicator with experience coordinating a team with members working remotely
  • Experience working and managing a thriving multi-cultural environment virtual team
  • Understanding of and/or have experience with driving innovation in various working environments
  • Understanding of industry trends and drivers for corporate security training programs
  • Knowledge of innovative work styles such as Design Thinking or similar methods for driving creative thought
  • Large-scale and/or global transformation experience
  • General understanding of legal, employment law, data privacy and corporate terminology
  • Highly competent with Microsoft Office Products, Illustrator, Publisher
