Job Description

The Talent and HR Capability Lead builds collaboration between various parts of Operations including Delivery, Business Excellence, Location management and Consulting through initiatives and networking. They will also build capabilities to develop innovative new Talent Acquisition services including partnering with Accenture teams as well as third parties. Examples of capabilities include analytics, AI, technology, automation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to offering by refining, creating or updating key offering collateral (Microsite, Accenture.com site, Stage 0 materials) and enablement of sales teams
  • Provide guidance, review, and support to global sales pursuit teams to develop innovative solutions for clients
  • Sales support activities may include providing guidance on qualification, answering RFPs, assisting with sales materials, presenting in client presentations, reviewing solutions, assisting solution architects, etc.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise to existing Talent Acquisition delivery teams to improve operations. This involves partnering with multiple teams including technology, business excellence, analytics, solution architecture, and others
  • Establish key Capability collateral, including Intelligent Delivery Solution elements, best practices, thought leadership, and sales collateral
  • Manage a Capability Action Network for Talent Acquisition globally to proliferate best practices throughout our global base; this includes creating/maintaining a global community roster, planning and executing sessions, managing a global collaboration community
  • Develop thought leadership materials and POVs which may include external publications and discussions with Industry analysts
  • Drive Accenture innovation agenda in support of delivering on Talent of the Future and Journey to Intelligent Operations
  • Leverage in-depth understanding of the Accenture Operations standard processes and processes in place across the broad delivery network to develop and improve the way we deliver Talent Acquisition services to our clients
  • May manage other team members
  • Self-manage and work independently and in teams to achieve team and personal deliverables
  • Will need to participate in shared team initiatives, activities and programs to define and drive overall Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Provide SME support for Talent and HR related sales and solutioning needs to enable greater team capacity (especially in region)
  • Contribute as part of broader global capability team on offering specific and cross-offering initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Travel required - estimated 30%, varies based on client needs and may include international travel
  • Available for conference calls early/ late as needed to serve a global team

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Operations, HR, or Transformation
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (e.g. employment branding, candidate engagement, candidate sourcing, assessments, hiring, onboarding

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Talent analytics including thought leadership, development, and client engagements
  • Experience and comfort working with senior level clients including C-suite
  • Experience supporting sales efforts including solutioning, client presentations, and RFP response
  • Experience creating high quality, client facing material
  • Experience delivering Talent and HR - related Consulting or BPS services to clients
  • Ability to work in ambiguous, high paced environment
  • Excellent Project Management Skills
  • Excellent Knowledge of Excel, Macros, MS office (PPT and Word) and Reporting tools
  • Excellent collaboration and network building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred Business-related fields)
  • Experience delivering client outsourcing programs
