The Advanced Analytics group is all about focusing on our client’s mission. Individuals in this role are expected to work as a Product Manager and problem solver. She/he will be responsible for implementing and promoting data-driven decision support systems, and creating high-impact analytics solutions for our clients. In this role the Product Manager will guide the design and development teams building software products for our clients. You will work with the data science and engineering teams to solve complex problems and drive the product development. She/he must be confident to tackle complex problems, and will be expected to work on designing enterprise IT solutions.

The Product Manager will have previous experience working with digital products and enterprise IT solutions. The Product Manager will need to be innovative and entrepreneurial to work within a ""start-up like"" environment. Ability to work independently and oversee mid-level analysts. Must have a demonstrated track record of solving quantitative problems. This role is client-facing.

• Work with project leader to drive definition, design, strategy and success metrics for enterprise digital product and manage the full product lifecycle
• Work with large and complex data sets to solve difficult and non-routine problems
• Develop analytics services and work closely with cross-functional teams and people to implement solutions
• Work in a hands-on, collaborative and innovative environment with top AI and Machine Learning data scientists, engineers and developers
• Client facing role to implement technical solutions, identify opportunities and propel the business into new areas

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen
• Bachelor’s Degree required (Quantitative degrees preferred but not required) with 5+ years of overall professional work experience
• 2+ years experience as product manager, product owner and team manager
• 2+ years experience in Agile environment as PM or PO leading high performance teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree highly preferred (Prefer Quantitative degrees)
• 3+ years experience managing products for software developers
• 3+ years experience with enterprise systems and large-scale applications
• 1+ years experience with AI and Machine Learning including natural language processing
• 1+ years experience with Java programming and Python development 

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
