Provide the client with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and privacy support to ensure compliance with the Privacy Act and other Federal Privacy policies
Review and evaluate the client's privacy documentation to include the Privacy Screening Form and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) for all systems
Maintaining a PIA tracking system and identifying privacy vulnerabilities and areas of noncompliance
Provide recommendations to meet compliance and efficiency standards, and support growth of junior resources
7 years experience in Information Privacy
In depth knowledge of Privacy Act of 1974, E-Government Act of 2002, Special Publications, guidance related to information privacy, Circular A-130, and other significant federal privacy regulations, guidance and policies
Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework, including working knowledge of family of privacy controls
Thorough knowledge of federal laws and directives pertaining to information privacy and security
- Bachelor's Degree
Relevant training in information privacy and/or information security
Relevant information privacy certification - CIPP, CIPP-G, CIPP-US, CIPT, or CIPM
