Position Title:

Application Development Associate Manager (Multiple Positions) 

Responsibilities:

Application Development Associate Manager (Multiple Positions)  (Accenture LLP; Minneapolis, MN): Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. Analyze and solve moderately complex problems. Develop system specifications and interfaces for moderately complex components. Create operational documentation for applications. Provide primary support for installation of application releases into production. Maintain applications according to SLAs. Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects. Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system roll-outs, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications. Understand strategic direction and implement methods and procedures set by management. Work with team members to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications. Provide performance feedback for project team members.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.


ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Of the required experience, 5 years of experience must be in each of the following: IBM WebSphere and Oracle Retek applications; technical testing in IBM WebSphere Message Broker on application configuration, queue configuration, Message transmission, Integration design, and document Interface requirements; retail industry technology experience in creating test artifacts, including test planning/approaches, test cases, test scripts, and execution and defect management; and assigning and tracking project tasks to the team with Oracle Retek Invoice Matching (ReIM) and Oracle Retek Sales Audit (ReSA). Of the required experience, 3 years of experience must be in each of the following: developing queries on SQL or Oracle; and using Putty or Splunk to validate middleware logs.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
