Test Engineering Associate Manager (Multiple Positions) 

Responsibilities: 

Test Engineering Associate Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Philadelphia, PA): Drive quality testing solutions by planning and constructing test scripts through the use of quality processes and methodologies for Accenture or our clients. Develop end-to-end testing strategies in Agile & Waterfall Methodologies and facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process. Define and track test metrics, including code coverage, quality, and performance. Execute testing efforts by delivering application and component releases. Establish testing tools and standards. Coordinate and execute regression testing, test automation, performance testing, functionality and usability testing. Define Test Plans and entry/exit criteria. Develop, update, and maintain quality testing standards and procedures. Lead other Testers on the testing team and manage testing process questions and/or issues. Create test models (plans, data and scripts), including test data. Optimize process and methods to deliver quality work. Allocate test resources to application tests in a multi-test environment. Make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management. Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management. Work closely with the ETL Developers to ensure adherence of the ETL guidelines, standards and procedures to be applied to all development projects. Participate or assist in the translation of user requirements into data flows, detail technical specifications and data mappings. Lead coordination with intersecting organizations as needed to test changes and dependencies. Perform root cause analysis, tracing defects to underlying issues with requirements, data, or transformations.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Biotechnology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.


ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

Of the required experience, 5 years of experience must be in each of the following: ETL Processes, Data Mapping, Data Quality, and Data Integration; Data Migration and Conversion; applying BI tools to support the testing of applications across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle; System Integration Testing for CRM Applications, which include Veeva Salesforce Platform and Master Data Management - Informatica; HP ALM and JIRA; and supporting projects throughout UAT & QA Testing cycles. Of the required experience, 3 years of experience must be in each of the following: Managing automation projects and providing solutions for complex requirements on test automation and process automation using Silenium; SQL Server and Database testing using Toad, Teradata, and SQL developer; and planning and managing applications testing on iOS and Android platforms.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
