Role: Revenue Services Accounts Receivable Associate Manager

The Revenue Services Accounts Receivable Associate Manager manages and executes Revenue Services processes as it relates to Accounts Receivable including management and/or execution of core financial processes (such as cash application, collections, reserves, and reporting).


Role Responsibilities
  • Manages both internal and external client relationships
  • Global process owner for cash application and collections process focusing on US CAD collections including transactions between owners, managers, or bankruptcy actions
  • Manages team of three direct reports
  • Partners with the global team on execution of deliverables
  • Identifies and participates innovation efforts
  • Acts as escalation point for issues to coordinate resolutions
  • Utilizes the Owner Franchise Billing system and Microsoft Excel extensively for reporting efforts

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within finance and accounting, specifically accounts receivable
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience supervising junior team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Hospitality experience
  • Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft
  • Experience within Excel – V Looks Ups, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas
  • Billing and accounts receivable experience
Professional Skill Requirements
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with varying seniority levels including staff, managers, and external clients or partners
