The Endpoint Support Technologist will provide on-site, hands-on technical support to AFS people at various direct and indirect AFS locations in the Washington DC area, ensuring IT services are delivered to meet business needs.

  • Provides technical support to Accenture Federal Services (AFS) people in an AFS office (Arlington, VA), as well as around the US, to ensure that IT services are delivered to meet business needs.
  • Receives and responds to customer issues and requests while working in a team environment, following established procedures, and updating relevant systems as appropriate.
  • Exhibits proficient technical skills and excellent customer service.
  • Completes hardware upgrades and repairs, troubleshoots software, and completes other technical and non-technical tasks as necessary.
  • Works on special projects as needed.
  • Hours are 8 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday, in the office, with infrequent overtime - hours are not flexible.
  • Occasional travel to others offices may be required.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months experience support/troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10
  • Minimum 6 months experience support/troubleshooting Microsoft Office 2016
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service
  • Good organization, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Good communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Minimum 6 months experience providing customer service
  • US Citizenship required

Preferred Skill Requirements:

  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • Microsoft Desktop certification(s)
  • Mobile device (Android, iOS, Windows phone) support
  • Experience repairing Dell laptops
  • Previous work on US Federal engagements
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
