Job Description 

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Analyzes and solves problems that are low complexity and may be routine in nature where answers can be readily obtained.
Interacts with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. Likely has limited direct exposure with non-management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
Receives moderate of level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
Decisions impact own work and may impact the work of others.
Individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work.

 

Supports event scheduling, crew assignments, customer invoicing and cost recovery reports to Video Delivery Lead with daily oversight from Chicago based Lead Coordinating Producer. Event Scheduling Crew Assignments serves as the first point of contact for customers requesting broadcasts, video shoots, video edits or other events and manages resources and crew scheduling of events in Chicago, Prague and India. Responds to event requests from customers, confirming assigning events based on availability of resources and crew. Contacts customer if there are questions about the complexity of the event to determine their needs and best course of action. Rejects requests when appropriate works with customer to determine other options Works through logistical challenges and determines appropriate staffing plan with the objective of evenly distributing work across the team. Has visibility to event scheduling, resource management and staffing on assignments in all regions. Distributes daily assignment report Help Team Lead document organizational standards for event scheduling and assignment. Has awareness of team member schedules, PTO and local holidays. Has extensive knowledge of team pricing structure and logistical requirements for events. Provides live event broadcast support as a Technical Director as required other projects assigned as determined by management. Customer invoicing Cost Recovery serves as last point of contact for customers after a broadcast, video shoot, video edit or other events are produced. Generates and sends customer invoice within 24 hours of event project concluding and serves as primary point of contact for customer invoice questions. Responds to customer billing inquiries daily. Supports input of monthly cost recovery figures for all events projects. Supports management of team procurement, keeps record of invoices and reallocates expenses.

Qualifications

 Basic Qualifications: 

 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience of customer service skills and finance experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of problem solving skills and strong communication.

 

Professional Skill Requirements

Good financial acumen and financial analysis and diagnosis skills. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill.
