The Customer Migration Associate will be responsible for research across client systems to identify possible customer contacts for a migration location.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze external information sources as well as cross reference client system data to make contact determination
  • Work with decision makers to inform them of the migration effort and obtain agreement to schedule dates for site survey, equipment installation, and customer access migration
  • Coordinate with client network organization, vendors, and customer to drive successful migrations
  • Track day to day progress in work tracking tools, such as, Microsoft Project or Excel 
  • Communicate status, including timelines, milestones, issues, and risks to client leadership

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:   

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in telecom industry or sales

Professional Skills:
  • Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment   
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment   
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment   
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
