Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 
  • 8 years’ experience designing, building, and implementing enterprise-class system architecture(s) and designing qualities into the system that match business needs (reliability, performance, maintainability, scalability, security, usability)
  • 6 years’ experience as a Lead Requirements Manager of a large-scale development program
  • 6 years’ experience developing solutions across a diverse IT environment to include one or more of the following: (1) Technical leadership in Application development, Enterprise Architecture (EA), Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Integration Architecture, and IT Service Delivery to multiple U.S. Government Agencies. Additionally, cloud computing experience to include scalable cloud architectures (e.g., service oriented, serverless, etc.) that aligns with mission capabilities tailored to support rapid transition and adoption across the enterprise. (2) Experience in dashboard design using existing and emerging technologies to achieve enterprise solutions across varying environments. (3) Experience aligning standards, frameworks, and security with overall business and technology strategy
  • 3 years of experience architecting complex software systems, including platform, backend, and frontend
  • 3 years of experience with DevSecOps methodology and associated tools
  • 3 year of experience with big data tools (e.g. Hadoop, Spark)
  • 3 years of experience with backend development (e.g. SQL, schema design)
  • 3 years of experience architecting and developing in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • 2 years of experience with Agile development
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Familiarity with the .gov Cyber Mission space and legal constraints applicable to civilian Government Agencies (e.g., SecOps, FISMA, etc.)
  • Experience with Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop
  • Experience with D3 visualization library
  • Experience with Python and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with Splunk
  • Familiarity with Qmulos (Splunk plug-in for GRC)
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity domain

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
