Job Description:

 

We are looking for a highly effective Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team you will interact directly with the internal employees and candidates in managing and coordinating   various phases of the process. This position serves as an entry into the corporate recruiting function. You will enthusiastically represent the Accenture brand and support building our robust and diverse talent pipeline.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists in planning and executing interviews. This may include creating interview schedules and developing supporting materials, obtaining space, assisting candidates with travel, interviewer sign-up, greeting candidates, arranging catering, etc. 
  • Utilizes web-based applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data and reporting
  • Manages the candidate expense reimbursement process for candidates
  • Creates candidate offer letters
  • Manages the distribution and collection of employment related materials such as Human Resources Forms, background check authorizations, etc. to assist and serve as the main point of contact for onboarding related processes
  • Serves as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, as necessary
  • Takes part in special project assignments to develop world class processes and tools for the recruiting team
  • Focused on providing support for the coordination and seamless delivery of events. Able to grow positive working relationships with colleagues at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, and follow through with team members to achieve individual and group goals.
  • Flexible, proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Highly motivated and creative professional with demonstrated event, project management, organizational and communication skills.

Role Requirements:

  • Some OT may be required - particularly in fall busy season

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented with a focus on quality results/deliverables
  • Outstanding client service focus
  •  Ability to be self-guided and motivated, working to complete tasks thoroughly and requesting assistance, when necessary
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, high caliber and dynamic environment 

Preferred Skills:

  • Associate Degree
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Customer facing type work experience, customer service or office experience

Professional Skills Requirements:
